Kraemer. We have been listing auctions on eBay since 2002 with a "100% positive feedback rating". We scour auctions, estate
sales, and garage sales for unique, unusual, and interesting items for your consideration. In addition, we list
new, exciting products for the home and your leisure time. Mary Lynn is creating a line of handmade jewelry pieces that we
will make available to you as she completes each piece. We also list items on consignment. Please email us

OUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most of our auction items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Media Mail, depending upon the item. We have
had some difficulties with the Parcel Post method (long delays), but we will ship that way if requested. Our store items
ship UPS ground. For International customers, we ship via USPS Global Priority, USPS Air Mail Letter Post, or USPS Air Mail
Parcel Post depending upon the item to be shipped. We include a nominal fee for packaging and handling.
We are not in business to make money off of shipping & handling charges, so, if we are able to find a more
economical way of shipping or if shipping and handling charges come to less than the customer has paid, we regularly
refund any excess charges back to the customer. This practice is a key component of our aim to keep our customers 100% satisfied.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Therefore, if you have a concern about an item you have purchased, please contact
us immediately so that we can reach a satisfactory resolution of that concern. We are proud of our 100% positive feedback
rating and we will"bend over backwards and stand on our heads" to guarantee your satisfaction.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve your
dissatisfaction. We will happily accept a return of the item (in its original condition) for refund of your purchase price
(minus shipping cost).
